The rotary is mounted with KNEBEL BREAK-O-MATIC system, and hydraulic chuck for quick replacement of drill tools.Hydraulic System: The hydraulic circuit works with the following maximum flow / pressure at 1800 engine RPM 330 litre / min and 280 bar from the pump.Rig & Compressor Diesel Engine: Make of engine is Deutz, type BF 8 M 1015C, water cooled V-build, 4 stroke diesel with direct injection.Mud Pump: Gardner Denver 5 x 6High Pressure Air Compressors: The drill is equipped with one rotary screw air compressor dual stage compression. This allows for a 330 metre depth to be reached without reloading.Low Bed Semi-Trailer for Above Rig: To carry the above drill equipment on narrow roads and difficult terrain the Rig is mounted on a low bed semi-trailer with steering of the four rear wheels.This trailer has capacities to load max. 31 ton in CVW divided with 11 ton on tractor and 20 ton on two axles. The axels at the trailer are with automatic hydraulic control for steering, and it will follow the tractors track around corners.
For driving on close space the rear wheels has remote seperate steering with connection for the cable at either front or rear end of trailer. The wheels suspension are with hydraulic load and wheel control to give maximum stability and load control to each wheel. |
